I am the organizer/coordinator of our 2nd annual "Thunder in the Hills" drum & bugle corps competition in Richland Center, WI --- southwestern part of the state halfway between the La Crosse Blue Stars and the Madison Scouts. We cannot afford big DCI corps like those, but I am wondering how to contact some of the smaller corps that must still be out there somewhere who need a venue for their activity. Our 2013 show has been scheduled for Saturday, July 6 in conjunction with our July 4 celebration. Our first show was not as we advertised due to the quantity of members/quality of corps. We want to emphasize drum & bugle corps because of our proximity to the above mentioned DCI corps. If anyone has any suggestions concerning this, will you please let me know?
