Galen
A bit of good news, bad news and better news for this holiday season regarding season 21. The good news is that caption submission is finally officially open. The bad news is that, despite our best efforts, our plan to offer corps from historical years just isn't going to prove feasible. The historical data was just too hard to come by. I'm disappointed that we couldn't make it work the way I wanted to, but at this point I don't want to turn this into a pure guessing game. So, the better news is that for this season, we will be making ALL prior DCI seasons that we have data for, dating back to 2006, available for use for this season. So dust off those old Blue Devils and Southwind captions, because this season you'll have a whopping EIGHT seasons' worth of data to choose from! Any director who had previously submitted captions in preparation for the upcoming season is of course free to change their captions without penalty until the season starts.
