drumcorpsfever
Hey 2muchcoffeeman: Thanks for posting the lineup! I'm using my mobile right now and couldn't stand waiting any longer for dci.org to open up. So I thought, hmm, why am I messing with the DCI website? I went to DCP and it opened up right away. Maybe the folks at DCI should have consulted with DCP on the redesign of their website. BTW - I made a late decision and found a single ticket someone was selling. This show is going to be too darn good to pass up. ATL, here I come!

chadwick
Couple interesting things worth mentioning. The GA Dome will have the shroud installed - an interior cover of the whole Dome ceiling which does not let natural light in. This was installed for a conference event in the Dome last weekend. The Gold Cup soccer semi finals were just at the Dome this Wednesday with natural grass. The natural grass was just removed yesterday though so back to the artificial turf. For those coming to the event, you will see the new stadium next door going up quickly (opens in 2017). The question is, once complete, will DCI perform there? The new stadium will be managed by the Atlanta Falcons, not the state of Georiga as the Dome is currently. DCI is not considered a GA Dome legacy event so they have no commitments to host the DCI event. The new stadium will also be home to the new MLS soccer team in Atlanta, which I believe is in season currently.

Jeremy.
How cool would it be if the placements reflected the time slots exactly? I'd switch Cavies and Madison, but these are my hopeful placements come finals night right below: 7:06 p.m. Crossmen 7:23 p.m. Blue Stars 7:40 p.m. Boston Crusaders 7:57 p.m. Intermission (17 minutes) 8:14 p.m. The Cavaliers 8:31 p.m. Phantom Regiment 8:48 p.m. Madison Scouts 9:05 p.m. Blue Knights 9:22 p.m. Santa Clara Vanguard 9:39 p.m. Bluecoats 9:56 p.m. The Cadets 10:13 p.m. Blue Devils 10:30 p.m. Carolina Crown Edited July 24, 2015 by Jeremy.
