Scarf thing looks really interesting, though it makes sense with the period and stuff. Other than that, not bad. Looks a little bulky with all the stuff thrown on it. Cappybara Posted June 18, 2016 Share Posted June 18, 2016 Looks like a step down from their uniforms since 2012. 2015 looked amazing with the sparkly sleeve that added a lot of color and contrast but all the added layers and sleeves just make it seem bulky and disorganized. I think it would look a lot better with just one piece of fabric instead of what looks like three different pieces. You've still got the gradient on the left arm (this time it's blue to black instead of blue to white), but it looks like there's a poofy part just under the left shoulder (like on those wedding dresses from the 80's). The leg cape (I don't know if there's an actual term for it) seems to be kind of like the one from 2013, and the scarf isn't that big of a change (honestly, if the uniform didn't have all of these thematic designs on it, and just the scarf, I'd be perfectly content with it).
