Scouts really have moved up into another grouping this year. It is going to take a lot of people who have not seen the scouts or who never really cared for them a few shows to realize that the resurgence is real. Chief Guns Posted June 24, 2016 Share Posted June 24, 2016 I don't believe any inflation occurred when Phantom went out west last year Heck when Cadets and Crown was out here in 2011 and 2013 and won some shows, the West Coast inflation complaints was awful quiet.
