I wonder if he's been quiet this year because the weather has been, mostly, much more friendly to drum-corps shows than in 2015. Honestly, I don't know for certain. But I don't think so. Rainshdw08's DCP profile indicates he resides in the "upper Midwest," not West Virginia.
