I've never really been a fan of Sullivan's arrangements. I realize of course that many love what he does, and it seems like the marching band world can't get enough of his stuff, much like Key Poulan's music when it first got popular, but I just think this is the wrong direction to go. I wanted him to go to phantom before they got will pitts, and was hoping to see him at cadets when it was announced Jay wouldn't be going back. DCI's announcements this morning from SCV FB says he is (merely) a consultant. Dude is getting old since he marched Cadets rifles back in the last century (around 1990-3.)
