They are indeed having rights issues on the DVD side - too expensive to get sync rights (a whole different set of rights from permissions to arrange/perform) at the moment, so once they sell through their stock, they're gone. I know Dan Acheson has hinted lately that they might be nearing a resolution with Tresona to let them start streaming / selling older shows once again. Cross your fingers.
