xandandl
But then today, the day later it would have to be 1970's Florida Wave. Couldn't find a vid, so substituting instead, a rendition of the source music. Edited February 15, 2017 by xandandl

I remember those shows because I had a student marching baritone there in those days.

I didn't know any of those bari's until later. But I did know a pit member and color guard member when following them in 1989.

Or is there another drum corps chart that expresses your love better? "A Defiant Heart", maybe? My favorite BD closer is "Dindi", then "When A Man Loves A Woman". I used to have a VHS tape recording of it and, as a 10th grader, would watch it and regret my decision to pick the saxophone as my instrument to learn in the 5th grade. Still to this day, I find myself quoting 'soultry, soultry stuff on a Saturday night'. No one gets it. Except my Mom, who is a die hard Phantom Phan. Defiant Heart being one of her faves. Fast forward 20ish years and my son was a marching member of the 2016 Phantom Regiment. Super proud moment for our phamily.
