Edit: The same might apply for the top Pennsylvania junior corps, whether you pick Cadets or Crossmen for that honor. Elphaba Corps of the North was supposed to compete at the 1965 American Legion Nationals in Portland, but due to the powerful earthquake that hit Alaska in March, 1965, they had to put their money and energy elsewhere at home.
