Beckham Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 I think they must keep their instruments in storage between state visits and then pass out the instruments and music ten minutes before they have to play. It is impossible to sound like that on modern wind instruments unless you only have a rudimentary understanding of how to play and then NEVER practice.
