When in 1992 when Cadets' did Holsinger's Tame the Perilous Skies, the rifle line discarded their weapons and took up airplane propellers. I still remember helping the line dsmantle the ceiling fans the staff had bought, repainting them, and figuring out whether they should be carried or spun. Against the blue jackets and jumpsuits the guard wore, few in the stands realized that the propellers on the field were fans.
