JKT90
That is some GE...I want more of that.
2000Cadet
ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY. I could watch that show over and over and over again and never get enough of it, especially the end.
Western Burger
Chills. Everytime. I was out of the country when this happened. When I came back, I had some friends that told me I needed to watch the video, but they didn't tell me anything else. It was a fun moment experiencing that, and I can only imagine what it was like to be in the stands that day.

Popular Post Cadevilina Crown
Man, drum corps shows may be good now, but they will never be nearly as effective as the pre-2009 shows, Spartacus included. In many ways (not every single way, but definitely many ways), electronics kind of killed the creativity and effort that could be pulled off just with human beings with instruments and flags/weapons. That's one of the main reasons why nearly everyone calls Phantom's 2008 show a GE monster: Even though they technically lost in the GE category to BD, the members sold every moment of that show without letting someone on a synth carry the weight.
Polonius
did the poor guard girl get a concussion?
DrumManTx
I really like it, far from my favorite show though. Part of it was probably experiencing that through the 2008 season and being around when it happened. I was about 1 year late to the DCI party as a fan unfortunately. henry7184
Such an amazing show. One of the best ever from a pure entertainment perspective and the execution wasn't too shabby either. My favorite Regiment show is 2007, but 2008 is right up there.

Maybe you are right about having experienced it in person. I just happened to be able to go to Allentown that year, and they unveiled the herald trumpets, and the new ending. It blew everyone away. People were speechless, other than incoherent screaming and tons of baby-throwing.* *No children were hurt during the Regiment's show at Allentown. Cappybara
Oddly enough, as big of a PR fan I am, I'm not the biggest fan of 2008. Not sure why
