jmc5682
Go California. The two California corps which went one and two in the standings also had the worst starting positions. Your scores are always going to be lower when you go on first and second. I am getting so excited at the thought of the battle for the gold being between BD and SCV. I would be happy if either corps won. Now if the Mandarins can get into Finals this will be one of the best years for CA since my beloved Freelancers, and VK were in Finals. There is that pesky corps from South Carolina that could certainly spoil the California party.

It is great to have succes in terms of placements, but I think the members and staff are also just really excited to be doing something unique and awesome that is unlike anyone else. I think it is a great strategy for them, and will only make them better by attracting more experienced members who want to be a part of what they are doing, I think that's great, I really do, but they have zero chance of medaling with his approach to visual design. drumcorpsfever
Even though TOC's now score the same way, I would lay caution to reading more into tonight's results than their face value. After all, this was a TOC. Some of the most bizarre judging outcomes have been at TOCs. We have only just begun the madness that this wonderful season promises to give us all!
