I've gotten used to the type of show from them that BDB just performed...BEAUTIFULLY executed, and current, but not too out of the norm for what's expected out of a drum corps show. Perfectly blending ambition & safety. This year's design is super unique for them...the pacing is completely different than anything we've seen from them, the staging & framing of the field is quite sophisticated and complex, and the music is bizarre and a-melodic (in fabulous ways). Just a unique, odd, really cool design that sincerely breaks out of the norm for SCVC and Open Class corps in general.
