Their facebook/Twitter has been talking about filling holes and so on. I think they would benefit more from closing now and not trying to learn with holes at this time.

mjoakes
Hey, Colts Cadets have some real sound. A few good soloists. And about 57 flag changes. Some very young kids out there. They sounded pretty good for June. posted from the DrumScorps app

Old Corps Guy
Back home in Milwaukee this weekend for my mom’s memorial service. However, it gave me a chance to see drum corps live very early in the season.
Old Corps Guy
Pioneer on the field. 12 trumpets, 9 mellows, 11 baris and 6 tubas (1 no Horn) by my count. Not quite the number they were shooting for but a nice start for them

mjoakes
Thought Pioneer is much more sophisticated this year than last. They look classy. Work to do. And boy do they have some young members. (Or young-looking.) Colts Cadets had a clear edge on horn sound. But Pioneer has a lot of percussion out there. Will be fun to see them develop over the summer. posted from the DrumScorps app
