MikeN
I take back everything nice I recently said about Mandarins new uniforms. Didn’t know about the skirts in the back and the popped shoulders. Yikes! Mike

brassboy
Just now, N.E. Brigand said: Is that actually Stravinsky's voice (I can tell from Google that the words are his) and if so, does anyone know the source of the quote? Yes, that’s Stravinsky. I don’t know which interview it’s from though
N.E. Brigand
Spoiler: it's from Firebird. Neat little bit of history though.
KVG_DC
The uniforms struck me as superweird when revealed, but they make so much sense for this show. Like last year, while there's sort of a narrative to it, it's all about the vibe and mood.
MikeN
Wow - are they going to be the first to march trombones for a whole show? Ballsy. Mike
KVG_DC
Omg the weirdness with True Colors and the vibe of the arrangement. This is great.

KVG_DC
Life Rite After is apparently a Hieronymus Bosch thing.

They ONLY work because they help make this show increasingly weird. Can't wait to see it with whatever that prop for the middle is. Hopefully they got more weird to layer it with through the season.
