Yes, all of those. While those people certainly look grungy due to the absence of soap, and their clothes are dingy and ratty, the do not have black dirt caked on their faces. I'm not saying I don't like Boston's show or their guard and their selling of the program, I just think the dirt goes a bit too far.

Watch Naked and Afraid. They put mud on their face (and all over) to keep from getting sunburned and to try to keep the insects off.
