just_another_fanatic Posted July 29, 2018 Share Posted July 29, 2018 FLO mics are set up so that they're behind a corps speakers. So, if a corps like SCV is using mic soloists, their sound is being projected to their own speakers towards the crows, but since the FLO speakers are behind it, they are not catching the solos.
