bawker
1994 over all. But 1999 out of the three listed. :)
kdaddy
98' is my favorite show, but Les Preludes was awesome <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Are you sure they played Les Preludes? I remember Southwind doing it a few years back, but I don't think Glassmen ever played it. And I voted for 99. I recall complaints that the music was esoteric, but I thought it was very hummable... BorisTS
1999, with 1998 as a close second and '97 as no slouch either. :) Never understood how anyone called '99 boring (they used to, anyway).
MiamiSun76
I voted for the Borodin show (under threat of serious injury from my cat, Prince Igor) but I'm hoping for: "2006 - Ring of Gold - The Music of Richard Wagner"

Peacock Variations and the other Kodaly segments (I obviously can't recall which ones at the moment) worked well and people outside the activity actually listen to them. Besides, Kodaly was a fascinating character. Not quite Wagner, but close. :mmm: If it makes you feel better, some dweeb at the souvie stand that year started ranting about the "boring" show. After talking for a while, I discovered that Holsinger was like a god to him. b**bs
Bob Brady
98 with 99 a very close second! :) BTW-I really like the Wagner idea!! Edited July 22, 2005 by Bob Brady

SNModdison
98 would be my favorite! I love the Borodin stuff! 99 was very good too! The 98 Glassmen drumline really grabbed me at Denver that year,...and really got me excited about drumming! 98 was my rookie season,...and that drumline wowed me!!! Nate B) There's my buck-o-five.
