dday
this has probably already been discussed .... so every region has its local drink, beer, food. What should I make sure to try when in North Carolina? any local microbrews to watch out for? Anything I can try other then a Mint Jullip? (I dont like mint). I guess that we are in the heart of tabacco country, so I should be able to find some nice local cigars? How about food? ribs? fish? Help a tourist out. thanks

Sir Tix-A-Lot
I'm from North Carolina and I would have to recommend the pizza or the clams. My Alabama buddy Joey Whizinpants worships 'em.

idontwan2know
Pulled pork is definitely one you can't afford to miss. Just stay away from the yellow sauce.
