Anyone like the closer video angle for the On Demand videos from the 2nd? The sound quality seemed better as well. Much more personal view. Nice!

Happy 4th everyone.

It was nice to be able to actually see more of what's going on at field level. Definitely gave me a better appreciation for the Cadets' guardwork and Crown's body movements, to pick two examples.

The camera crew was set up on the very top row, just outside (and to the side) of the press box. I think there might have been twelve rows of seats. Not a high stadium, but I've seen much worse (Erie, PA).

Wow, it seems like their on the first row.

I really like the videos... it's a fresh new perspective we don't often get unless we're at the show live. Now, I also like the really high angles as well, it's just good to have variety. Also, the moisture in the air creates a very mysterious mood with the back stadium lights. It works especially well with Crossmen's uber-dark show.

The weather all day was horrid....torrential rains most of the morning and early afternoon. It cleared up for the most part, but even during the show, there was a very light drizzle, with moisture thick enough to cut with a knife. The video actually shows how moist it was pretty nicely. The temp was around 58-60 degrees, which made brass tuning a bit of a challenge for everyone.

I thought the fog helped out with the darker shows, such as Crossmen... But it was a little weird watching Carolina Crown's program with the fog and misty weather.

I loved the angle. It gave us Fan Networkies a better perspective of the story line. I noticed more of the guard work and body movements when I watched the videos.
