Randy W. Blackburn Named Troopers Tour Manager For 2018

We are pleased to announce the addition of Randy W. Blackburn as our 2018 Tour Manager. Randy has a long history in the drum corps activity that spans nearly four decades. Randy began his drum corps affiliation as a marching member of the Crossmen in 1980 and has gone on to work as a staff member, volunteer, driver and director at several corps. “We are pleased to add Randy as Tour Manager. With his wealth of experience he will make a great addition to our team” said Troopers corps director Fred Morris.
