In The News – Allentown Cadets Parent Organization Hires New Executive Director

Six months after George Hopkins, the long-time leader of the renowned Allentown Cadets drum and bugle corps, resigned amid allegations of sexual misconduct, the group’s parent organization has hired a new executive director.

Vicki Ferrence Ray, most recently the chief national programs officer for Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership and a Cadets alumna, will take the top leadership post at Youth Education in the Arts, its board announced Monday.
