2019 Madison Scouts To Perform At State Capitol

Forward Performing Arts is pleased to announce that the Madison Scouts and Black Star Drum Line will perform at the Wisconsin State Capitol on Thursday, June 20th at 5:00 p.m. (CT). This free concert will be performed outside on the corner facing State Street. A local favorite, Black Star Drum Line, will get the crowd fired up with a mix of drum cadences. The World-renowned Madison Scouts will then present their 2019 production “Majestic”, ahead of their season opening Drum Corps International performance on Saturday.
