In The News – Rochesterfest Concludes With Music Competition

Music lovers packed the stands at RCTC for the final Rochesterfest event.

Nine bands performed Sunday night for River City Rhapsody, a drum corps competition.

They came from all over the country, as close as the Twin Cities and as far as Atlanta.
