Blue Stars By-Law Changes Approved

On June 6, 2020, the Board of Directors for Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. approved two changes to the organization’s by-laws. These changes were adopted as a result of the recent Covid-19 pandemic to make certain the organization can function legally while complying with social distancing and travel restrictions; and we are able to respond to any unforeseen issues that may arise in the future. These changes will go into effect on August 5, 2020.
