Joshua Payton Elected Board Chair Of Forward Performing Arts

Forward Performing Arts, Inc. is pleased to announce the election of Joshua Payton as board chair. Completing the elected officer positions on the Executive Committee are Doug Tholo as Vice-Chair, Michael Garvin as Treasurer, and Drew Hadley as Director-At-Large.

“The opportunity to serve the Forward Performing Arts organization is an honor of a lifetime. Being a member of the Madison Scouts played an integral part in shaping and transforming the trajectory of my life,” said Josh Payton. “I look forward to working with the board, the immensely talented staff, and the Alumni Association in order to positively impact the marching arts in Madison, the state of Wisconsin, and the drum corps activity.”
