Blue Knights Announce Tracy Carter As Color Guard Caption Head
The Blue Knights Drum & Bugle Corps is excited to announce Tracy Carter as the Color Guard Caption Head for the 2021 season!
Tracy Carter is a native of Jackson, MS where she attended and graduated from Jackson Academy High School. During and after high school, she marched as a color guard member for various WGI and DCI organizations including Spirit of JSU, and Phantom Regiment.
