I've heard no screens...my vote would be for no screens if I had anything to say...but what do I know anyway...

If I get my doctor to prescribe me some "Flomax", will that help my "FloMarching" stream & stop the "buffering"? Improve the sound quality?

It was cute for a few minutes. Like the mirror effect with guard, but then they were just distracting & my focus went to the one pixel or section that failed. Keep the video screens in the mega churches. "Eat 'em up Boston"!

Good luck Boston. Nothing but the best for this year. I hope the screens come back and are very much integrated into the show. I liked the leap of innovation taken last year with them. You are adding a new level to shows, and the sky is the limit to what can be done with background projection. Very much looking forward to seeing them again, if its in the cards for your show this year.

I thought they were cool and I'm glad they experimented with them in 2021. I don't believe they were necessary to bring the theme across, and each time I viewed the corps I looked at the screens less and less. I do not know whether BAC intends to use that technology again, but I am confident that they will bring a great product to the field again in any event.

Mine got so much better after I moved from cable hell to fiber heaven. I know this will be hard to believe, but Charlotte county, Florida has fiber but the second largest city in Illinois doesn’t.

DCI has a multi-year deal with FloMarching, so that is where the 2022 streaming will take place.

Cavies did take visual performance on finals night with a 19.80, BD was right behind them at 19.70. But if the captions in 2008 was averaged all three nights, then BD won visual performance by a landslide. Quarterfinals BD won with a 19.90 to Cavies 19.60............and Semi's BD popped a 20.00 to Cavies 19.80. So even with Cavies winning the caption finals night, BD would have still won by a comfortable margin. So if it was just finals night, than yes Cavies won. But again if it was a three night average, than BD would have taken it. Hope that helps a little brother.

I have always wondered if a drum corps could do justice to "Rhythm Method" by honoring the professor. Coming out of that solo with brass hits by a solid hornline would also be amazing. That is, and will always be, my favorite drum solo by any rock band.
