  1. Yes. Currently, we mostly practice in Ridgefield Park, NJ although friday night rehearsals in the summer are still in Harrison. We are frequently announced as being from somewhere in CT but I figure they get that from our director's mailing address. Personally, I liked the show we had a while back where we were announced as the Bushwackers, from the Great State of NJ. Considering how many members we've actually had from Harrison (1 as far as I know), it's a better description...

  4. Actually, it was during the 96 season because we only had them for a week or 2 before the truck caught on fire on the way to the Wolcott, CT show. "Uh guys, no time for showers, we have to clean the soot off all the equipment..."
  5. Now that the decision has been made, I can honestly say that I'm glad that we stuck with the pearls as well. They are my favorites!
  6. We were already using Pearl and yes they were 13"s. We are getting all brand new battery percussion and we're going back to the 14"s.

  15. the problem with that statement is that everyone has a different idea of what entertaining is. there are drum corps shows that absolutely bore the heck out of me. i'm certain there are a lot of people who will watch the same show and love it. some people find lightning fast drill entertaining, some people find a park and bark with people tap dancing on boxes entertaining. neither person is wrong.
