    Spirit 1980 finals in the exit "Let it be me". How can you hear the raw power and emotion coming out of the horns, and not tear up? At Concord, CA at the Jim Ott memorial a couple of weeks before, when the combined hornlines of BD, SCV, Freelancers, Alumni of the Commodores, and San Leandro Royalaires played the Naval Hymm twice. Once as it was written, and once "...So that Jim can hear it". (My ears are still rining.) :worthy:

    I can't speak to the double GE judges, but BITD there were multiple execution judges on the field. You had Brass execution judges #1 and #2, as well as Percussion #1 and #2, and M&M (Marching and Maneuvering for the young ones) #1 and #2. These judges were each assigned one side of the field.

    The Euphs are not always good. Back in 2005, RCR bought brand new Dynasty horns. One of our Euph players blew out the leadpipe on the first day. Not very good quality control I'd say.
