Watched 2006 Cavaliers last night and was reminded of the genius of that drill. Every drill move was unbelievable.

They may not medal, but the show is still pretty awesome. I'll love it, regardless of placement.

I'm not too concerned about timing of the new ending. I think, with the right ending and getting CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, Bloo has the show to beat. If they nail the ending of their show and continue to clean, this should be the champion for 2019. BD will be clean as a whistle by finals, and Bloo needs to match that. Keep it up! Love the show this year.

There are so many to choose from, and so many that formed my love of drum corps, but I'd have to say getting to watch Vanguard win the championship in Indy last year was truly special. I was there when they won in 1999 and in 2018. So, for me, 2018 Vanguard is my favorite championship show.

I'm digging The Cadets uniform! Nicely done.

Somewhat on topic: is anyone else a part of the Friends of DCI? I put a deposit and purchased tickets back in September and have yet to receive tickets. When is that supposed to happen? I've already booked all my travel arrangements and it's a little unsettling that it's been 7 months and we've received nothing from DCI.

So, showing up at any shows (including Indianapolis) and supporting the thousands of marching members who work their butts off is to be looked down upon? What would y'all suggest we tell all of these members who show up to empty stadiums, or shows are cancelled because WE, the supporters of this activity stayed home? I'm all for pointing out what DCI has done wrong in all of these situations, but what about the members? Isn't that what it's all about?

IF DCI was to go away, what replaces it? What do these corps do?

The last thing I'd want is for DCI to go away. I'd imagine if too many people simply walk away, the activity could die. Why would anyone want that to be the outcome?

I agree, and if not SCV, Crown would be next in line, not the Blue Devils, in my opinion.
