SCV 1999 and 2000 were pretty awesome

When I think of the corps listed, when they are at their best, a few words come to mind: Blue Devils: No Weaknesses, anywhere... Cavies: Visual Masters Phantom Regiment: Classic Sound and Emotion Santa Clara Vanguard: Raw Power and Emotion But, The Cadets (IMO) when they are at their best, are the total package...Just my two cents.

We all know that the "best" corps varies from year to year. But if every corps was at its BEST, who would you pick to win? This will be be limited to corps that have won recently...

Frameworks was a decent show, but I prefer their 2000 offering of Niagra Falls much more. It told a story and I felt like their hornline was stronger. I also prefer any pre-2000 show for the cavies as they seem to be more powerful hornlines than the current version of the cavies.

College bands play 4-7 shows a year, depending on a variety of factors, one band might seem "better" than the other...Also, a lot of people consider bands who high step to be better than bands who roll step. Just a personal preference. I'd rather listen to UGA, LSU, or BAMA play any day over Ohio State

Firstly, they never said this was a competition of the best bands in America, they said this was a competition of bands from the pre-season top 10. Secondly, I don't think you can say FSU, Michigan, or Ohio State is significantly better than any of these bands except maybe USC and Clemson.

I liked UGA the best, but....I'm biased....GO DAWGS!

Yeah, I am a native of Georiga....So, I know my way around pretty good...I can't wait! I haven't been to a drumcorps show since finals in '97 and '98 down in orlando.

I bought tickets online and printed them out....Since the show spans practically the whole day and has a 3 hour break in the middle, do they just stamp your hand when you live the morning session and you get back in for the evening session? Does anyone know how this works? Could you technically not show up until the evening session? I am kind of confused.

How did you interpret that to mean I don't like the white uniforms?

When did I say I didn't like the white on Phantom? I think it's their most attractive uniform...However, it makes their formations look sloppy when they aren't perfect.

If the corps is consistently dirty, then it should be considered.

If dirt is there, wash it out....Right?
