It just seems odd that the other corps all seem to have fallen in place.

Looking over the prelim order in Atlanta, I see that Blue Stars are going on after Spirit and Glassmen. I thought the placements were based on scoring from Allentown, if so they would be on before these two corps. Just wondering.

I agree thats it a visual shovv. The guard absolutely sells the shovv, both the design and the colors make sense.

I though the Crossmen drumline had a better night than their performance in Erie, drill problems tonight. Carolina had a very good night, all looked good for them. Phantom's M & M had some real bad moments tonight. Teal Sound the real surprise tonight. Scores are right on tonight, though maybe Carolina might have been a little too high.

Was just looking at the DCA schedule and saw Fusion Core listed for a couple shows. Anyone know who they are?

I personally find it too distracting, I have started to like their music more in the last couple of years. I continous moving of body parts is too unnatural. The silks. on the other hand, are the most unique in the activity, some years the colors don't always compliment the show but that can be said of most of the corps. There's little doubt that you can identify BK from its style. Now if they would just get a uniform which would set them apart from the pact. Long live the dots!

Are the II/III Champs doing an exhibition at the Finals.

Is it possible that this show wasn't judged? When they usr to have this show at West Chester, it was usually an exhibition.

Caught a very impression showing by Corps Vets at the Southeast Regional , great show guys...what's the story will the snares...concert snares?? and those tenors?? Are these prototypes?

Didn't write down the scores Phantom 93 Boston 87 Southwind 75 Seattle 74 Magic 74 Pioneer 69 As I remember. Seattle had a good night, I thought they would score higher.

The 'Mon' is short for the Monongahela River, near by.

77.65 Saw them practice last night, the show looks great, lots of nice changes to show, hornline sounding better than last year,drumline sounds good, best guard they've had in years, adding a few new people, lots of dirt right now. Could an interesting year with SCV, Blue Knights, Madison, Crown, Boston and maybe even the Glassmen and Spirit battling for the middle ground.

And by the way congrads to the Blue Stars....what a come back!

The corps that are popping this year are the Blues............Devils, Coats, Stars, maybe Knights and Memphis

We also are part of a large group who went in together so we could get seats together. This group was 20 people more or less, if they keep the 8 ticket per person limit, it would difficult to get tickets all together as we do now.

Because we who have made the trip annually, year in and year out, had the advantage of getting tickets for the next year while at the Championships. It seems that people who continue to put out the money every year should get some advantage.

Just read in the new DCI TODAY " New this year,Super 3 tickets will be offered toward the end of August after the 2006 World Championships in Madison" I'm reading this to say that they won't be selling 2007 tickets in Madison. Seems like DCI once again is dissing the longtime loyal fan.

On the other hand the Super Bowl is in a different city every year and its the biggest sporting event of the year. Having been to the regional in Indy every year and to BOA I can say Indy is a nice town but not a tourist destination. Part of the excitment of Finals is seeing new places.

I'm lookng at San Antonio recaps and see Glassmens guard winning the prelims and getting totally dumped to last place in the finals. Seems like a big swing.
