When we saw them at the first show of the season I remember saying that they were going to win the whole thing by the end of the summer. When Regiment walked out of the tunnel for Semi's you could feel the energy and intesity coming from them before they even played a note. They were definately hungry to move up the ranks.

My Mom marched the summer after I was born (I was born in May and she headed on tour less than a month later). I later went on to age out of the same corps! With a score of 84.5 at this point in the season they are bound to peak very early. Spartans and East Coast have plenty of room for improvement. I would not count them as the champion until they have faced the rest of the Div II corps.

According to the liner notes on my 1977 record when the Blue Stars were performing and the colorguard opened the umbrellas they were using as props it started to rain. Talk about environmental GE!!! Did this ever happen to Phantom last summer?
