Gosh, I hope Phantom can put in changes so they beat all of those other corps. Phantom is the best corps ever. Maybe if we get on here and give them ideas, they'll win DCI, like they deserve. Phantom is so much better than every other corps out there. How dare the Blue Stars beat them! The Blue Stars don't work half as hard as Phantom.

Let me guess your pretend kid is the one who gets sick all the time and has to leave tour early because you lysoled and disinfected everything they touched as a kid? The only thing that's going to be damaging to your kid is you "protecting" him/her against people who might not like him. When did it become so hard to take criticism? If your kid plays football they're going to take a hit and you can't block for them, if they play baseball they're going to get thrown at and you're not going to be there to help them get out of the way, if they march corps, someone might not like their show and you can't judge it. When they go to college you can't write papers for them. When they start working you can't schedule appts for them. Nothing is a family activity. Just tell your kid what's up, what the consequences could be, and let them live their lives.

Sucks that blue had such a great shot, and the judging panel is going to ruin it. On the upside, it gives Phantom a better chance and catching them.

No way! The season's still young. It comes down to one night! We were there in '96, we can do it again! Phantom has the best hornline in DCI hands down. JD makes those kids play so well, and they'll peak at the right time. The Drumline won't be touched. And the show design is simply awesome! I just think some people don't "get it." they'll be fine come finals. Mark my words, Phantom will easily come in 2nd if not 1st!

Phantom is totally getting screwed. I've seen them 3 times this year (once this week) and they're simply amazing. They have the best brass sound I have ever heard. I have no clue why they're being beat by the Cavaliers. They march better and play better and in my opinion the show flows so well. I hope things work out in the end. I still think phantom can win a ring this year!

I'm just gonna say it... I think Phantom Regiment is one of the most overrated corps in DCI. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I think this has been a long time coming. Phantom is cool. They perform the hell out of their shows. They have an awesome name. They have super cool uniforms. They honestly never really let you down. BUT I think people get caught up in the Phantom mystique and go a little overboard. There's corps out there who are just as good or better, and I think that Phantom isn't fading off because of anything they're doing wrong. But other corps are simply giving the judges no excuse to put phantom on top. Bluecoats and Crown did exactly that on Saturday. I feel that Phantom Regiment gets cut a lot of breaks because they're the Phantom Regiment. Whereas the Bluecoats and Crown know that in order to beat Phantom they have to leave no doubt in anyones mind they came out on top. In my opinion there was really no doubt leaving the stadium. I honestly think BD should have beat Phantom last year... I thought their placement was right in '05, but I didn't see what all they hype was about. In '04 I thought Crown and Bluecoats should have beaten Phantom I really thought SCV should have had phantom in 03 Phantom is in 6th. I personally feel if they don't watch out they will be in 7th. Again, it's not because they "suck" or anything like that. I feel that maybe they just deserve that placement. I also feel that Crown and Blue need to be higher. (past cadets even) you can call me a "honk" and it's not that I hate regiment or love both Blue and Crown so much and honk on both of them (can you do that?) I just think they're underrated, and fighting against people who have been where they are a lot longer than they have. These corps have to stop being given the benefit of the doubt. Something I feel Phantom's been given the last few years.

I think Blue's got it! Phantom Regiment is not invincible, and Blue definately beat them at this same show last year. I haven't seen either show in person, but I definately love the character and dynamic to Blue, I think while it might take the show some time to be 100% they will be this years version of last year's Phantom-- making huge jumps at the end of the season.

No totally! I'll admit, I'm not the biggest Cadets fan, but I do like them more than a lot of people that post on here. I'll put it this way; I really really RESPECT the Cadets. How can you not respect that hornline? I think the biggest disrespect to that hornline is covering up (what are already shaping up to be some great sounds) with Narration. If your design can't get across to the fans without having to explain somthing, there's a flaw in the design. No need to cover up parts of that design with your explaination. IMHO
