The Kilties have 3 DCI shows this year. Madison,Whitewater,Salem. In the past, sponsors of certain shows have requested the Kilties, Unfortunately we had to turn them down because they were during the week.

When we went recruiting for the Night Hawks, we went personally to every high school in the Houston area. Over 400 showed up. You could get the seniors.

Mr Boo,The Swift family meat packing company has taken exception to your inference that our company tenderizes our puppies by drop kicking them thru goalposts. I can assure you that only the most humane methods are used in the process and tenderization of all our dogs.

It all boils down to.. How bad you want to march with one of the most recognizable drum corps in the world.

It is pretty exciting this year,as it was in all the past years. Will the Kilties catch CV? Will Renegades be able to jump into the top 5? Can Reading reclaim the crown? One thing for certain is that over this weekend, Thousands of lovers of Drum corps will join together for one heck of good time. Good luck to all,safe journeys to and from. Being a tad bias,I have to add....... GO MIDWEST !!!!

They could have been referring to when Aldo tripped and fell on his mellophone , then it was just flat.

A friend and I were having a chat about Corps coming over from England and Japan,to compete in DCA. We both agreed that it was great for them and great for the activity. I say the more the merrier. I really thought Kidsgrove was awesome. But then he mentioned that he thought there was something in the Bylaws that a corps had to be From N America to compete for and hold a top 10 placement,come Sept. I told him "Don't know dude,but I am sure someone on DCP could answer his question". Anybody know?

Ray "Moon Eyes"Johnson. Kilties Don't know if anyone ever realized this,but this the man who started the tradition of leaving something on the field for finals. Ya gotta look back, but it is reconized in old DCI tapes He has a very entertaining tale of why he left his shoes on the field.

That pulled post gave a example of something that did happen, It did happen 3 years ago but none the less it did happen. I wrote it,it was true.. If you talk about perpetulating something look at the various posts by one person, mentioning the post that was pulled. It was like how dare you challenge me. When I wrote the post it was meant to be tongue in cheek about how not to write a critique. I did not mean to slam any one. It was written to point out,..If you write about it have your facts straight. If you write about something there are some who may not like it. But please tell me where it says,some one can write whatever they like, Good or bad ,and have it accepted as gospel. Does no one have the right to challenge them? Can no one defend themselves? I was over and done with this topic until my post was brought up again it. Please move on.
