Are you serious? Like seriously? You actually believe that? And that sympathy job in 1996? That is, by far, one of the most amazing performances I have ever seen. It's all emotions in that performance, and to say that it was a sympathy job means you have no idea what a Drum Corps show should be. And that load of crock about money? Please, if that were the case Phantom would have been out long ago my friend.
You can't copyright everything. Someone is always going to play the same song as someone else. It's like trying to put a copyright on the original composition of Flight of the Bumblebee. You may have an arrangement that sounds similar but it doesn't mean it's the same. Just change the key and it's a completely different piece of music.
