I was there last night. First time I've seen any shows since the theater and I haven't been on here much so I didn't know what to expect. I don't have a big review but I will say that Jersey Surf was the crowd favorite, The Colts screamer was the favorite soloist and The Cadets had the strongest show. This has probably happened in shows already but the Jersey Surf drum majors came out to the retreat with directors chairs and an umbrella. Their laid back attitude seemed to spread to the drum majors around them and when the fans were clearing out, the drum majors from Surf, Bones, The Colts and Teal Sound stayed around to talk and to thank the fans for coming out.

7th Regiment from CT is Open Class as are The Spartans from New Hampshire... And then there's the Crusaders. Virginia or Mississippi should get one IMO. Those are the only states in the lower 48 that don't border a state with a corps.

Already got my tickets to Branford, CT. Just read that it was 6th in the country in ticket sales. Sold out three years ago and we had to go to NY!

Congrats Blue Devils and all the corps that competed this season. Best shows I've seen in a while from a few corps. See you all next year. Hope it's even more competitive. and dci.org crashed again. Alot of good stuff on #dci on twitter, that was the only one that wasn't clogged before and where I got the scores.
