Speaking of the Wedding Planner, she did play the drummer in a local production of "The Wedding Planner"! She did explain Jolly Ranchers to me. She told me the pit could carry around jolly ranchers & sour patch kids all summer and they wouldn't melt.

Good morning everyone! I'm sitting here with my daughter (a former drum corps member) discussing wedding ideas for her marriage to another former drum corps member. Does anyone have some good ideas for how they can incorporate their DCI experiences into a wedding?

I was at finals last year too, and unfortunately I "did" hear some of those boo's. I thought it was sad because even though I didn't agree with the judges' decision, the kids on the field didn't deserve to hear that.

I just drove past Saginaw High School on my way to work this morning. It was all calm & peaceful, with a nice breeze. But, it was 104 degrees here yesterday. It's supposed to be more of the same here in North Texas today. Everyone please stay hydrated!!!!! I can't stress this enough! Fans & musicians aliked. We've been running about 10 degrees above normal so far this summer. I hope everyone has a great show tonight!!!!

Bluestars doing good, too...90.55 last night. A drop of 0.40 from the night before, but still impressive.

I saw Thursday night's show on the Fan Network! My daughter's aging out of the Bluestars this year. I had to work last night though.

Well, there's at least three of us here! I know I'm bummed that this show isn't on Fan Network.

We just had a pretty big line of storms roll through the DFW area (thank you Tropical Storm Bonnie). But, it's now clear in the Fort Worth area. Here's hoping that the show goes on! Go Bluestars!
