Maybe DCI got rid of open class altogether. Instead of exiting the stadium, the tunnel brought all the corps to holding tank below the stadium and locked up.

Where did the scores for Open Class Semi Finals go on DCI? RECAP?!!!!

I don't know if I would call it strange. Order has a lot to do with scoring. A judge can only give a certain score early on to allow for the other corps. Also, they have a very competent staff that has won multiple championships. Spartans brass 17.3.

you also have to remember Spartans have gone on pretty much first every show due to being inactive last season. So, their scores were going to be low. Spartans Percussion 16.7, not sure about brass yet.

Spartans guard 19.4...Great for them. With order of appearance it was the highest they could possibly receive!!!

Ok. So I knew of this first hand because the employee who left is a good friend of mine. She found out that her mother was very sick and that she needed to go home (across the atlantic) to be with her. From what I have heard of the story she was not granted the one to two weeks of time she would probably need to fly home and be with her mom so she had to quit. Obvioulsy there may be more to the situation but this is what I know first hand.

I was lucky enough to have my whole family involved along with a junior corps in my area. I marched with Citations Jrs. of Burlington, MA, Phoenix of Waltham, MA, Citations of Burlington, MA, Spartans of Nashua, NH, and the Crossmen.

I marched for 16 seasons and didn't march my last 2 years.
