When will the "once-a-week caption changes" rule be going into effect this season?

Though late as always, I'm pleased to announce the whereabouts of the Hydrargyrum Music Organization for Season XIV. Quiksilver Coming off their third consecutive finals appearance, Quiksilver will be telling an unconventional tale of love through their 2010 live season program. For those who may be interested, I do have about a minute of drill written as of now and would like to post anything that I have written by the end of the season. For the first time, Quiksilver will be sticking with their uniforms from last season (Corps on the left, DM on the right) As a side note, even though I haven't prepared a program either for Mercury or Hg, they will still be competing this season.

Being 3 days into Season XIII, I figured this would be a great time to let you guys in on HMO's shows this season. Quiksilver Coming off a very successful 6th place finish in their first live season, Quiksilver will be performing a Taylor Swift tribute show this season. Fearless: The Music of Taylor Swift Featuring: I'm Only Me When I'm With You White Horse Forever & Always Picture to Burn You Belong With Me Love Story and Fearless Quiksilver has updated their uniforms, once again, and hopes to stick with this style for a more than one season. (Corps on the left, DM on the right) Mercury Coming off a 12th place finals appearance in their inaugural season, Mercury will be performing an jazzy, latin show. The Time of Our Lives Featuring: Mangione Opener, arr. by Jay Dawson Mambo, by Leonard Bernstein Pegasus, arr. by Downey/Dawson and Estancia, by Jay Dawson Mercury is sticking with their uniforms last season. (Corps on the left, DM on the right) Hg Coming off a 12th place finals appearance in their inaugural season, Hg will be performing the music from the hit movie, The Incredibles. The Incredibles Featuring: The Glory Days Life's Incredible Again Bob Vs. the Omnidroid Saving Metroville and The Incredits Hg is also sticking to their uniforms from last season. I followed the Cadets pretty closely this year and I have to say the music at the beginning of the season changed a lot compared to what it was at finals. Around San Antonio up through Atlanta, they started editing out the more technical licks to clean up the music (see the end of the opener and the end the closer). I was disappointed by this. The only other thing I can "complain" about is Cool. Is it just me or was Cool an awkward moment in show? Specifically, after the brass ensemble at the beginning up until the after the pit feature. That's the only part I didn't get into. Aside from ^that^, I really enjoyed following the Cadets this season. I was pulling for them all season.

HMO would love to have their home show on Faurot Field at the University of Missouri in Columbia

Mercury and Hg just barely edged their way into Finals by only .05. Talk about cutting it close!! Quiksilver is headed in the right direction, looking at a spot in finals in their first live season. Currrently tied for 8th and less than 1 point from first. Hopefully the changes they've made will at least keep them there if not move them up a few spots.
