Spotted at Tuba Christmas Rockefeller Center this year - does anyone know what it is? It was about 4-5 tall and had to be played while seated.

Crossmen were the only corp that got a decent sized mid performance ovation at Giants Stadium.

What happens in a 12th place tie? Is it that 13 corps go ahead to finals?

Crossmen were my favorite of the night- it would be nice to see them in top 12. On another note - I really liked Pioneer - for a corp with such young members - they put on a fun show. It would be great to see this corp grow into something more in the future.

I really would like to see Crossmen make that push for 12th place. Its nice when more then 12 corps are competing for the top 12.

So I got my giants stadium tickets today - and to my surprise they were section 111 and not 210 and 212 as I had read that any "high" reserved seats would be upgraded to premium reserved. (The news article has been edited to reflect the new pricing) I still got a good price on these seats - just didnt get what I was expecting- I found a "clarification" on YEA! website - but this was not emailed to like all the other news. Bottom line - it isin't cool to post one thing and do another.

So what are the pros and cons of each seat?

Have you guys thought about Google adsense? I think DCP would do well with the amount of page views per day you get. Good luck with your campagin- would hate to see DCP bite the dust.

Well I'm on my "quest" for a spot with the crossmen - and I know I will have to work hard to impress - What do you guys reccomend for the 1-2 minute audition piece? Is the idea to play the hardest thing you can while still playing well?

Im gonna send YEA an email asking about this - still looking for a horn though

I wish we actually had them when I was there- unfortunatly that is not an option.

Does anyone know of a place that rents out marching baritones/euphoniums- I am planning on auditioning for the cadets next season and would rather not buy a marching horn if I can find someplace to rent one out. (Ive checked dillon and they couldnt even point me in the right direction- hopefully someone here can)

I was at the show last night and I agree the stadium atmosphere was horrible, and I am never paying that much for food. The cavs have a great visual package, they just have to polish up a little, I wish they had a stronger ending, (I know its still early) The cadets were looking great but the music wasnt there, and it could have been alot cleaner. Mesg to Hopkins--If your gonna copy off of other bands, copy another corp and not a highschool, (I noticed a unique horns down move that only the 2 schools of my schools visual tech use.<**> ) It looks to be a great season and I cant wait till championships
