  1. I am starting a new corps made up of members of all ages with Diverse (Special) Needs in the Philadelphia Area. It is being modeled after Free Players and is called Diversity. I am looking for a percussion instructor who has experience working with those with special needs. We have our 501c3 and we are getting ready to have an open house.   5. Fran Thank you for the kind words. The corps really enjoyed performing in Wildwood. We are working hard to put this show all together and we feel once it is done, the crowd will be quite entertained. We have several DCA exhibitions scheduled this season (Bayonne-Clifton-Downingtown) and we look forward to performing and seeing some old friends along the way.

Things are getting very exciting in Burlington NJ. Large Hornline. Large Percussion section. Looking at a large number of guard. All original music written by Key Poulin.   10. After a very successful first Open House, the Raiders will be holding their Second Open House this weekend at Fountain Woods School in Burlington NJ. We will be in the Burlington Christmas Parade on Saturday and will perform a small Holiday Concert Saturday night at the local mall. If you are looking for a place to march but cant commit to the price or time commitment of World Class, The Raiders are an excellent alternative. Weekends only schedule at 1/2 the price of World Class and a three week tour to Indy. For more information, go to www.raidersdbc.org.
  11. The Raiders of Burlington NJ are ready to start the 2012 season. Our first Open House is set for November 18 - 20 at Fountain Woods School - 601 Fountain Ave - Burlington NJ Our second Open House is set for December 2-4 in Burlington NJ. Registration will start 7:30pm Friday at Doane Academy, 350 Riverbank Burlington NJ. The Doane is the sleeping facility for The Raiders. For those who can't make it on Friday, Registration will start at 9am Saturday Morning at Fountain Woods School. Vets and any new members can arrive Friday night (Vets at 7:30 and new members at 8:00pm) and sleep at Doane but camp will officially begin Saturday morning. The balance of the Winter Camps from December through April will be announced at the November Audition Camp along with this year’s show. The registration fee is $45 and the camp fee will be $40. Brass and Percussion is scheduled for the entire weekend. Guard is scheduled to arrive on Sunday at 9am. Show and Tell is set for Sunday at 3pm.   12. The Raiders of Burlington, NJ, are excited to announce that Key Poulan has been added to the 2012 Design Team. All remaining members of last years design team has been retained for the 2012 season. Executive Director, Tom Maiello, is pleased to have Key arranging the brass book for The Raiders. "With all original music for 2012, Key's reputation and arrangements are a perfect fit for the concept of our show for 2012." The Raiders Design Staff and Caption Heads for 2012 are Program Coordinator: Cliff Bialkin Brass Arranger: Key Poulan Percussion Arranger: Bill Woodward Drill Designer: Mike Russ Percussion Caption Head: Jamie Szienberg Brass Caption Head: Don Pfleger Guard Designer: Anthony Tanasy The Raiders are very excited for the upcoming season.
