  1. Give me a year just like 2010, sure i personally didn't like the BLue Devils show, and I loves The Cavliers show, but at least I admit that the Blue Devils deserved to win and I loves every corps except the Bluecoats and Blue Devils. However, I understand that a lot of peolpe loved those shows and I'm fine with them being top placing shows.
  2. I think all this panic about how Drum corps is or is not going down the tubes is premature. It was only two years ago that Phantom Regiment won with Spartacus, and I think very few people would argue that spartacus was a bad show. The past two years have been experimental, and a lot of people havnt liked it, but if you arn't willing to try new things then you'll miss out on some changes you end up liking. I use to hate electronics in Drum Corps and i was mad when my favorite corps(the cavaliers) had so many of them, but Mad World ended up my favorite show of the year. I think this next years the shows will tone down a little bit from the experimental state because of all this negative reaction.
  3. 1. 2006 Cavaliers- Machine 2. 2004 Cavaliers- 007 3. 2002 Cavaliers- Frameworks 4. 2008 Phantom Regiment- Spartacus 5. 1989 SCV- Phantom of the Opera 6. 1995 Cavaliers- The Planets 7. 2009 SCV- Ballet for Martha 8. 2008 Cavaliers- Samurai 9. 2010 Cavaliers- Mad World 10. 2010 Phantom Regiment- Into the Light. Yes I do love the Cavaliers, but there's nothing wrong with that.
  4. I know I'm playing the bad guy here, but it happened. In fact i was two rows from the field and it happened almost directly in front of me, it was horrible to watch and i felt horrible for him. But the fact remains that he fell/ got hit/ missed a step off/ or whatever actually happened during the show and there is no changing that. They won't put it in the multi-cam which is what most(i know not all) people watch anyway
  5. Wow, I'm a baritone player and i can't even begin to imagine the chops that solo would require. Props to you my friend
