I also miss the times when corps played very recognizable full songs. Old school drum corps in my opinion doesn't seem good enough for the direction the activity has gone. I enjoyed good old in your face music, when the emphasis seemed like it was about the music. A time when you could easily tell what was going on. At a show I was at, others were commenting on all the props used in todays shows. I think for some people it makes it more difficult to really get into what they are watching.

I agree that the Scouts should have been in the show tonight. I saw them multiple times while they were in CA.Their show was about my favorite this summer.I am so bummed that they weren't performing tonight that I am not watching the webcast.... And I am happy that there are still two excellent world class corps that are still all male!! They are iconic. And I remember when there were multiple all female corps...

I am also bummed the Scouts are not in finals. I don't feel like watching the final webcast without the Scouts... with all the show was or wasn't ....it was still my favorite show this summer. And to me it still represented what drum corps used to be.The new programs are more like marching musical theatre. I do wish Dci could make sure that drum and bugle corps, remain with a difference from marching band and WGI . With this said I give a shout out to all the drum corps members doing such a fine job this summer.There are many of us who used to march that still enjoy what drum corps used to be without so many props and gimmicks!!

I was able to see the Scouts several times while they were in Ca. I have watched this show get better as this season has progressed,this show may not be some peoples favorite for different reasons...but it is one of my favorites!! As the true biblical story goes Judas did try to hang himself,its just not clear if he died that way, or if the rope broke and he then fell to his death.

I also want to thank the Scouts for coming out to Ca this year to begin their tour.I went to the Fresno show, and your show is my favorite!I plan on going to a couple more so cal shows mainly because the Scouts are here.
