Far from being my favorite but I admire what they did in 2017. Last Man Standing was a bold move. I think it could have set them up to transition into a modern style that was still “Madison”. Alas, they chickened out and did a complete 180. “The heart, the heart”. I really think they squandered what they had built.

I’m right there with you. I think many of us were hoping for a breakout year but that’s not going to happen. I love the show and admire the risks they’re taking. It’s bold!

That wouldn’t disappoint me even if I’m hoping for a top five finish. They have a wonderful product that the members and audience are eating up

I was soooooo wrong about Phantom Regiment in my pre-season comments. I thought this season would be a “safe” show. Man, it’s good to be wrong! This season has everything I’ve loved about Phantom Regiment for decades but packaged in a new and exciting way.

Back in 2014 there was someone getting their drawers in a bundle over BS using John Adams’ Nixon in China because it glorified communism. Imagine that, a wholesome show about fulfilling the American dream of purchasing your first home promoting communism!
