Is there any indication that DCI will make a statement about this or will they just ignore what happened to one of their Founding Member Corps? I'm guessing the latter. FHNSAB

I am so sorry to see this. I really enjoyed their show last year and was looking forward to seeing them next year. I ordered a T-Shirt from them today. I hope I get it just to remember them.

Yeah, that 17th in Guard last night did them no favors. Musically the show is outstanding. Bring the Visual and Guard to that same level next year and watch what happens.

Decided the Wife and I are not going to miss Finals again. Just booked Super 3 Tics and Hotel (Hyatt Downtown) for next year. 👍

Excellent piece by the Times. The writer and photographer really captured it well. Back in 1993, the Times also did a piece on The Cadets, then, The Cadets of Bergen County and that was a fun read too.

Watching Troopers perform last night in that air reminded me of what we went through here two years ago in Glenwood Springs, CO. We had two very bad fires in the area, Pine Creek just east of Grand Junction and then later, the Grizzly Creek fire in Glenwood Canyon. Our air quality was bad all summer but especially in August. I have Asthma and had to get breathing treatments 3 times that summer. Hopefully, things improve soon in the Midwest, I can't imagine performing in those conditions.

Just noticed on DCI's Webpage that Louisiana Stars is no longer on the Open Class Corps list of Corps. 🙁

Same thing for DATR in Denver. Showed moved to Colorado State in Fort Collins last year. I think that's the new home for the show for at least the next few years.

Just saw that Dan Acheson will retire as CEO of DCI in late 2023.

Really enjoyed that from Gold. Sounds of Silence worked well weaving in and out. They used the layoff from COVID very well.

Thought BDB got off to a slow start today. Visual IMO seemed a bit muddled but musically very strong. Got better through the run and the ending was really cool.

Really enjoyed Spartans. Solid design, well performed. They’ve carved out a nice place for themselves in OC. I really hope they stay there.

Good run from Guardians. This is an up and coming Corps. Liked the concept and they put it across well. Turn Around was well done.

OMG that was so much fun! Congrats Surf. Show was so well designed for them. Tons of kudos to the staff. And the members left it all out there.
