No way anything is ever perfect so 9.5 for Content and Achievement should be the max, which would be 19.9 for any subcaption. The total max score should be 99.5.

Bluecoats changed their housing site and are not at Mt Tabor HS where they usually are every year. When I arrived there is saw Genesis. I confirmed Bloo was supposed to be there on their website 2 days ago, but now lists another site that is 40 mins from my house, not the 90 mins where I'm at now. 😞 Disappointed.
